Beach access is just around the corner of the condo,  only minutes from shopping, dining and the arts afforded by this quaint little spot.  Enjoy the beauty and serenity of the ocean activity at all times from the comfort of the indoors or walking on the beach, if you prefer. 

Leave your car parked at the condo for maximum enjoyment since it's close proximity to everything!  Children can enjoy the protected grassy lawn directly out front on the ocean side while Mom & Dad relax on the deck.  

When I receive your booking confirmation, I will email my welcome letter to you which explains the access code and other tips to make your stay enjoyable. Although I will not be available in person to greet you,  I am always available via text or email to attend to any needs or questions.  

My condo is located in the Nye Sands Condo Complex with close proximity to many quaint restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.  The front condo deck is protected with clear plexiglass  and overhead protection with chairs  available to enjoy the fresh outdoors.  No stairs to climb and  easy access for unloading your vehicle.  Unobstructed view of the beach.   

Ocean is right there, just open the door to listen and enjoy fabulous sunsets over the ocean.  Condo is located one block from souvenir and clothing shops and a variety of dining options.  No early or late check outs unless cleared with owner prior to stay. 

The kitchen has a Ninja blender, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, hot pot, plus some basic spice condiments, teas and coffee. The George Forman Grill works well for hamburgers or steaks. You’ll also find microwave popcorn and hot chocolate in the kitchen cupboards. All linens and bath/kitchen towels  are provided, plus paper towels, & Kleenex.   You will need to bring your own beach towels.
